At Syreeta’s Charm & Glow, each order is handmade, packed, and shipped with care. Because our items are made in small batches, please allow a short processing period before your order heads out.
🕒 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During peak seasons, custom orders, or large restocks, processing may take up to 7 business days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship throughout the United States using USPS or UPS.

We currently ship only within the United States.
International delivery options will be added in the future as we expand.
💔 Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as Delivered but not received.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days with photos of the product and packaging so we can help file a claim or arrange a replacement.
🔄 Order Changes
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order may already be in production.
