💫 Return & Refund Policy – Syreeta’s Charm & Glow

At Syreeta’s Charm & Glow, every product is handmade with care, creativity, and intention. Because each item is crafted in small batches, slight variations in color, scent, or design are natural and part of what makes your purchase unique — not defects.

🕒 Returns

We accept returns or replacement requests only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

  • If your return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

💰 Restocking Fee

Approved returns that are not due to damage or an error on our part are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This fee covers materials, packaging, and handling time required for handmade items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened candles and soaps

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Art pieces, paintings, or shadow boxes (unless damaged in transit)

All sales of these items are final once shipped.

💳 Refunds

After your return or damage claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

❌ Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins and cancellations may not be possible.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
